Installation and specifications

Preparation and installation. Before installing the wall light, make sure the electrical supply is switched off at the main panel. This model is fixed directly onto the wall using the corresponding anchors. Verify that the surface is solid and capable of supporting the weight of the fixture. The GU10 LED bulb is not included, so you will need to purchase it separately before starting up the lamp. It is recommended that installation be carried out by a qualified electrician, especially in outdoor installations where cable sealing is essential.

Use and maintenance. Clean the surface of the wall light with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that may damage the matte white aluminium finish. The tempered glass can be cleaned with a soft cloth to maintain the transparency of the diffuser. Do not handle the lamp while the installation is connected. Periodically check the anchors and the condition of the outdoor wiring.

Design and use

The FARO wall light combines matte white aluminium with a transparent tempered glass diffuser. This combination of materials is no coincidence: aluminium withstands temperature changes and exposure to the outdoor environment well, while the glass allows light to project outward without distortion, clearly illuminating the desired area.

The contemporary design of the wall light makes it compatible with modern façades, stone walls or smooth render finishes. It does not impose a specific style, but rather adapts to its surroundings without becoming the visual focal point. The matte white finish contributes to that discretion: during the day it integrates easily into the wall, and at night the light source does its job without drawing attention to the fixture itself.

Does this wall light include the GU10 LED bulb or does it need to be purchased separately?

The light source is not included. You need to purchase a GU10 LED bulb separately before installing and switching on the wall light. Make sure the bulb's wattage does not exceed the 8 W indicated in the specifications.

Is it possible to connect this wall light to an external motion sensor?

Yes. Although the wall light does not incorporate its own motion sensor, it can be integrated without difficulty into a circuit that includes an external detector. In this way, the lamp will switch on automatically when presence is detected in the area covered by the sensor.

Does the matte white aluminium finish withstand direct exposure to sunlight and rain well?

Aluminium is a common material in outdoor luminaires precisely because it tolerates both sunlight and humidity well. The matte white finish is applied to the aluminium body and maintains its appearance with basic maintenance, such as periodic cleaning with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
