Is the LED included or does it need to be purchased separately?

The 3 W COB LED light source is already included in the fixture. No additional components need to be purchased for it to work once correctly connected.

What size recessed box do I need to prepare in the wall to install this fixture?

The depth of the fixture is 43 mm, which is the minimum depth the recessed box must have. The height is 100 mm and the length is 40 mm. These dimensions must be respected when preparing the recess in the wall before assembly.
