Installation and specifications

If you do not have experience with outdoor electrical installations, it is advisable to have it done by an electrician.

To clean the surface of the lantern, use a damp and dry cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the aluminium finish or the polycarbonate. Design and use

The RUSH lantern belongs to a technical lighting collection designed for outdoor use. Each element in the collection shares the same materials and the same level of protection, making it easy to combine different formats within the same space. In this case it is a surface luminaire with wall-mounted fixing, meaning it anchors directly to the wall without the need for a post or pedestal.

The body is made of aluminium in dark grey, a finish that integrates well both on modern facades and on stone or brick walls. Aluminium does not rust or warp with temperature changes, making it especially suitable for outdoor use. The transparent polycarbonate diffuser allows the interior LED to be seen and distributes the light without filtering it excessively, providing direct and clear illumination.

The 360º option on this model allows a symmetrical distribution of light around the lantern. DALI is a standard lighting control protocol that allows the intensity of the LED to be regulated from a centralised system. If you have an installation with several light points managed from a single panel or compatible home automation system, you can include this lantern in that circuit and adjust its light level without physically accessing each lamp.

Does the 360º option affect how the lantern is installed on the wall?

It does not change the mounting process. The fixing remains standard wall-mounted. What changes is the light distribution: instead of projecting it in a single direction, the diffuser spreads it symmetrically around the body, which is useful on pillars, columns or corners where it is desirable to illuminate in several directions at once.

Does the polycarbonate diffuser deteriorate over time when exposed outdoors?

The polycarbonate used in this luminaire is prepared for outdoor use. The combination of IP65 protection and IK10 resistance ensures that the material maintains its properties against rain, dust and impacts. With basic maintenance, such as periodic cleaning with a damp cloth, the diffuser retains its transparency for years.
