Installation and specifications

Preparation and installation. The street light is fixed directly in the ground. Before installing it, underground cable routing to the anchor point must be planned. It is recommended that installation be carried out by a qualified electrician, as it involves connection to the electrical mains and outdoor work. Check that the ground offers sufficient stability for a 3.7-metre-high structure. Verify the compatibility of the local voltage with the luminaire's range before connecting it.

Use and maintenance. Clean the polycarbonate diffuser with a soft cloth and slightly soapy water. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the surface. Periodically check the condition of the seals and fixing elements to maintain the IP65 protection level. Do not handle the internal electrical installation without first disconnecting the power supply.

Design and use

The RUSH 3700 street light is part of a technical collection designed exclusively for outdoor lighting. The design is based on a simple premise: to offer quality light in open-air spaces, with materials that withstand the passage of time and temperature changes without losing performance.

The body is made of aluminium, a material that combines lightness with good corrosion resistance. The dark grey finish allows the street light to blend well into garden environments without drawing too much attention. It does not visually dominate the space, but it does not go unnoticed either: it has a discreet and orderly presence that fits both private patio installations and shared-use areas.

The transparent polycarbonate diffuser allows light to pass through without filtering or colouring it. The 4000K colour temperature produces a neutral white light, neither too warm nor too cold. It is the type of lighting that allows you to see details clearly without creating a feeling of coldness. For paths, outdoor rest areas or garden entrances, this balance is very appropriate.

The 360-degree distribution option means that light is spread symmetrically around the street light. There is no need to orient the luminaire in any particular direction: it illuminates evenly across its entire perimeter.

The light source is a 38 W COB LED, already included in the street light. The COB LED concentrates several diodes on a single surface, producing more uniform light than other configurations. It comes ready to connect, with no need to purchase additional components.

The IP65 certification guarantees complete protection against dust and resistance to direct water jets. This covers use in climates with frequent rainfall or in garden areas where irrigation systems can reach the base of the post. The IK10 impact resistance is the highest level on the scale, indicating that the luminaire withstands considerable blows without the diffuser or housing suffering visible damage.

The street light operates over a wide voltage range, between 100 V and 240 V, making it compatible with the standard electrical network in most countries. It does not require a transformer or additional adapter in conventional installations.

Regarding integration with other garden elements, the RUSH 3700 combines well with concrete kerbs, stone or wood paving, and with medium or tall vegetation. Its height of 3.7 metres places it above the level of common shrubs, so the light is not blocked by the growth of surrounding plants.
