Design and use

SHOKU 600 has a diameter of 600 mm and a height of just 93 mm. This makes it a lamp that integrates into the wall without protruding excessively, while still having enough visual presence to define an area of the space. The aluminium body in a black finish gives it solidity and a look that fits both modern interiors and more industrial or Nordic spaces.

The opal PMMA diffuser distributes light evenly. There are no hot spots or areas where the light concentrates in an unpleasant way. The colour temperature of 2700K produces warm light, similar to traditional incandescent light, which is pleasant in bedrooms, dining rooms or any corner where a calm atmosphere is desired.

Questions and answers

Can the PMMA diffuser yellow over time or with the heat from the LED?

PMMA is a material resistant to heat and UV radiation under domestic use conditions. With low-temperature LEDs such as SMD at 40W, the risk of yellowing is minimal if the wall light is kept clean and the indicated maximum power is not exceeded.

Can this lamp be installed on ceilings as well as walls?

The specified mounting for this model is on the wall. It is not designed as a ceiling light and correct operation in that position is not guaranteed. For ceiling installation, consult other models in the SHOKU family with specific ceiling mounting.

Can the SHOKU 600 model with a 600 mm diameter be combined with other sizes from the same family?

Yes. The SHOKU family is available in different sizes and colours designed to be combined with each other. You can mix the 600 mm model with smaller versions to create compositions on the same wall or in different rooms while maintaining the same visual language.
