Overview

ARIS is a wall light with a white finish and opal diffuser that provides warm, uniform light. It mounts directly on the wall, with no hanging cables or additional structures. It is a lamp designed for interior spaces where calm lighting is sought, without harsh light points.

It works well in bedrooms, hallways, kitchens or dining rooms. In any of these spaces, the 2700K color temperature creates a warm atmosphere that is easy on the eyes. The body is made of aluminum with a matte white finish, making it easy to combine with most interiors.

The design is clean and restrained. It does not distract or dominate the space. It blends into the wall and lets the light do the work. This is precisely what those who want modern lights without exaggerated decorative effects are looking for.

ARIS is part of the FARO surface interior lamp catalog, a line within the FARO home portfolio designed for simple installations and reliable results.

Installation and specifications

Before installing the lamp, make sure the wall is dry and the wiring is accessible. It is a surface luminaire that mounts directly to the wall, with no need for a false ceiling or intermediate structures. It connects to a standard 220V-240V electrical supply. If you have no experience with electrical installations, the most prudent course is to have the installation carried out by an electrician. Make sure to cut the power before starting any work.

To clean the aluminum body, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not apply abrasive products or solvents to the white finish. The opal PC diffuser can be cleaned in the same way, taking care not to scratch the surface. Do not wet the lamp directly or expose it to excessive moisture, as it is not certified for outdoor use.

Design and use

ARIS is a wall lamp with a very clear purpose: to provide warm light in interiors without cluttering the space. The aluminum body with white finish is both sturdy and lightweight. Aluminum does not warp with heat or lose color over time, making it a suitable material for a luminaire that will be on for hours at a time.

The opal polycarbonate diffuser distributes light evenly across the wall and surrounding area. There are no hot spots or shadowed zones. This is especially useful in bedrooms or dining rooms, where the quality of light directly affects the atmosphere of the room.

The 2700K temperature is what is known as warm light. It is the type of lighting that feels most pleasant in spaces where people rest or spend time together. In a kitchen, for example, that tone makes food colors look natural. In the bedroom, it creates an atmosphere that invites rest. It is the kind of light you do not have to think too much about: it simply works.

The light mounts on the wall with direct fixation. There is no hanging structure, no chains, no visible cables. This gives it a very discreet profile, suitable for narrow hallways or rooms with little space between the ceiling and furniture. In small bedrooms or apartments where space is limited, this type of mounting is especially practical.

From a design perspective, ARIS fits with modern interiors without being eye-catching. White is a timeless finish that works with light, dark or textured walls. If the rest of the space follows a modern or minimalist style, this lamp integrates without conflict. It also fits well in more eclectic interiors, because its form is sufficiently neutral.

The SMD LED light source is already included, with a maximum power of 30W. There is no need to buy bulbs separately or worry about compatibility. In that sense, it is a ready-to-install lamp. Modern lights based on SMD technology offer more uniform light distribution than traditional bulbs.

In the dining room or above a bar, ARIS can serve as primary or supplementary lighting, depending on the size of the space. In transition areas such as hallways or entryways, it meets the need efficiently. Its weight of 0,9 kg makes it manageable during installation.

This model is part of the FARO interior surface light range, a brand with experience in modern lighting design for residential environments. The lights in this line follow a criterion of functionality without superfluous elements.

Questions and answers

Is the LED light source already included or does it need to be purchased separately?

Yes, the SMD LED light source is included with the lamp. You do not need to purchase any additional bulbs to get it up and running.

Does wall mounting require any special support or false ceiling?

No. ARIS mounts directly on the wall with no need for additional structures or a technical ceiling. It is a standard surface luminaire installation.

Does the opal diffuser protect the eyes from direct LED glare?

Yes. The opal PC diffuser disperses the light before it exits to the outside, which eliminates the glare effect and produces uniform, soft illumination.
