Design and use

The PLIM series was created to address a specific need: to illuminate outdoor walkways in a simple way, without visible cables or complex structures. The beacon is planted in the ground and does its job without seeking attention. The result is a well-lit path, easy to walk at night, with light that does not strain the eyes.

The body is made of aluminum, a material that withstands outdoor conditions well and does not deform with temperature changes. The beacon is fixed directly to the ground. It is compatible with firm surfaces such as concrete, stone, or paving. On soft ground such as soil or gravel, it is recommended to prepare a solid base before installation.

Does the transparent polycarbonate diffuser affect the quality of the emitted light?

Not negatively. The transparent polycarbonate allows the LED light to pass through without altering it, enabling the illumination to be direct and uniform. In addition, this material withstands prolonged exposure to sunlight well without losing clarity over time.
