Yes. The LILY 300 operates at 24 V DC and does not include a transformer. Before installing it, you need a compatible external transformer for that voltage and for the total power of the beacons you plan to connect.

Is the IP65 rating sufficient to leave it installed outdoors all year round?

IP65 protects against dust and water spray from any direction, making it suitable for outdoor use in rain and irrigation. It is not designed to be submerged or to receive direct pressurized jets of water.

Is the COB LED light source included or does it need to be purchased separately?

It is included. The beacon already incorporates the 3 W COB LED module, so you do not need to purchase any additional bulb to get it up and running.
