Installation and specifications

For installation, bear in mind that this lamp is fixed directly into the ground. Before placing it, it is advisable to verify that the terrain or chosen surface allows for stable anchoring. As an outdoor luminaire, it is important that the wiring is protected from the connection point to the base of the beacon. If you do not have experience with outdoor electrical installations, the most advisable course of action is to hire an electrician. The working voltage is 220V-240V, compatible with the standard electrical network.

For maintenance, simply clean the surface of the aluminium body with a slightly damp cloth when necessary. The polycarbonate diffuser may accumulate dust or dirt over time; it is cleaned in the same way, without abrasive products. It does not need to be disassembled for routine cleaning.

Design and use

The CERLER 350 beacon is built with an aluminium body in a rust brown finish. Aluminium is a material that withstands temperature changes and prolonged outdoor exposure without deteriorating quickly. The rust brown tone is not striking, which allows the lamp to integrate naturally in gardens with soil, stone or vegetation.

The diffuser is made of transparent polycarbonate, which allows light to emit clearly in all directions. This 360-degree distribution is useful on paths or entrances where visibility is desired from any angle. It does not concentrate the beam at a single point, but distributes the illumination uniformly around the lamp.

The light source is an SMD LED type, included in the product. It consumes 9W, making it efficient for continuous use during night-time hours. The colour temperature can vary between 2200K and 4000K, allowing a choice between warmer or more neutral light depending on the desired ambience. A light of 2200K gives a tone close to the colour of a traditional lantern, warmer and more atmospheric. A temperature of 4000K offers a whiter and more functional illumination.

This beacon works well in environments such as private gardens, residential entrances, internal walkways of housing developments or landscaped areas of communities. It can also be used in patio areas where a route needs to be marked or an edge signalled without the need to install larger or more visible lights. On a terrace, it can be used to delimit areas or complement other light sources.

As a surface luminaire with ground fixing, its placement does not require additional structures. It is installed at the point where the light is needed, with the wiring running through the interior or beneath the surface if the terrain allows. The design of the CERLER 350 is restrained and geometric, without unnecessary ornamentation. It does not include a motion sensor and is not rechargeable, so its operation depends on connection to the electrical network. This makes it more suitable for permanent installations where stable and constant illumination is sought, without relying on batteries or sunlight.

Does the CERLER 350 beacon need a separate light source or is it already included?

The SMD LED lamp is already included in the product. It is not necessary to purchase it separately or make any additional adaptations before installing it.

What colour temperature does this beacon offer and how does it affect the visual result in the garden?

The lamp is available in four colour temperatures: 2200K, 2700K, 3200K and 4000K. Lower temperatures produce a warmer, more atmospheric light, similar to that of a classic lantern. Higher temperatures offer a whiter and crisper light, more functional for passageways.

How is this outdoor luminaire fixed to the ground?

The beacon is installed directly into the ground. Its base is designed to be anchored in outdoor surfaces such as compacted soil, gravel or paving, depending on the type of installation. It is advisable that the wiring is protected and that the fixing is stable to prevent movement from wind or foot traffic.
